Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Study Scheduler (study-scheduler.com), run by Stem Tutor 360 LLC, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use Study Scheduler

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they agree to these terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian should complete any purchase.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity in your account. Give accurate information, including your age.

4. What Study Scheduler is

• Study Scheduler is a planning tool. It turns an exam's published topic outline and your available time into a suggested study schedule.
• It doesn't teach exam content, doesn't guarantee any score or result, and isn't a substitute for the official information from the organization that runs your exam. Always confirm dates, rules and requirements with that organization.
• Study-time suggestions and estimates are general guidance, not official requirements.
• Not affiliated: exam names are trademarks of their owners, including NCEES (FE, PE), NCSBN (NCLEX), FSMB and NBME (USMLE), the American Dental Association (DAT), the AAMC (MCAT), College Board (SAT), ACT, Inc. (ACT) and others. Study Scheduler isn't affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by any of them.

5. Free use and Plus

• Building a plan and viewing its first 14 days is free.
• Plus is a one-time purchase of $9.99 that unlocks the full schedule and its features for your account. It isn't a subscription and doesn't renew. We may change prices for future purchases, but not for what you've already bought.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
• Refunds: if you're not happy, email us within 30 days of buying Plus and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

6. Study materials and other websites

The app may list books, courses, question banks and tutoring services, and link to their websites. They're run by other companies, sold separately, and covered by their own terms. Listing a product isn't an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for them. Our own tutoring service: Study Scheduler is owned by Stem Tutor 360 LLC, which also runs the STEM Tutor 360 tutoring service listed among the study materials. Choosing it is optional, and your plan works the same with any materials.

7. Your information and content

Your study plans and the information you enter belong to you. You let us store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete them at any time.

8. Fair use

Please don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the site, copy it in bulk, get around payment, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Our content

The site's design, software and text belong to us. You may use them only to plan your own studying.

10. Changes and ending your use

We may update the service and these terms. If a change to the terms is significant, we'll tell signed-in users before it takes effect. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms; if we end the service entirely, we'll give notice and refund recent Plus purchases made in the last 30 days.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any study plan will lead to a particular result.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives minors or consumers and that can't be waived.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any problem informally within 30 days. If we can't, disputes go to the state courts in Fort Bend County, Texas, or the federal courts for the Southern District of Texas. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead.
